Moonlight Horoscope offers premium subscription services that provide enhanced astrological features and content. This Subscription Policy explains the terms and conditions governing your subscription to our premium services.
2. Subscription Plans
Available Subscription Options:
- Monthly Subscription: $4.99 per month, auto-renewing
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
3. Premium Features
Your subscription includes access to:
- Expert AI Astrologers: 50 messages per day with 4 specialized AI astrology advisors (Daily Mystic, Natal Guide, Love Oracle, Transit Advisor)
- Advanced Compatibility: Detailed compatibility reports and astrological aspect analysis
- Extended Forecasts: Tomorrow's horoscope and extended astrological predictions
- Comprehensive Events: Access to all upcoming astrological events and their impacts
4. Auto-Renewal Terms
Important: All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- You will be charged the current subscription price for the renewal period
- Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- The subscription continues until cancelled by you
- You will receive a confirmation of renewal charges via email from Apple
5. Payment Processing
- Payment is processed through Apple's App Store and charged to your Apple ID account
- You must have a valid payment method associated with your account
- If payment fails, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled
- We do not store or process payment information directly
6. Free Trial (If Applicable)
When offered, free trials provide:
- Full access to premium features during the trial period
- Automatic conversion to paid subscription unless cancelled before trial ends
- Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before trial expiration to avoid charges
- Only one free trial per user across all subscription types
- Trial availability may vary and is subject to change
7. Subscription Management
How to Cancel Your Subscription:
For iOS (iPhone/iPad):
- Open Settings app
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find "Moonlight Horoscope" and tap it
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Note: Cancelling through the App Store is the only way to stop recurring charges. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
8. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period
- Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the free version with limited features
- You can resubscribe at any time through the app
9. Refund Policy
- All refund requests must be submitted through Apple App Store
- We do not process refunds directly
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
- Typical refund eligibility includes technical issues, accidental purchases, or billing errors
- Refund decisions are made solely by Apple

- Select "Report a Problem" and follow the instructions
10. Price Changes
- Subscription prices may change from time to time
- Price changes will not affect your current subscription period
- You will be notified of price changes before your next renewal
- New prices apply to new subscribers and renewals after the notification period
- You may cancel before the price change takes effect
11. Subscription Sharing and Transfer
- Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable
- You may not share your account credentials with others
- Family sharing (where available) follows Apple's family sharing policies
- Each user must have their own account for personalized astrological content
12. Technical Requirements
- Active internet connection required for premium features
- Compatible device with supported operating system version
- Sufficient storage space for app updates
- Valid App Store account
13. Service Availability

- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- No compensation is provided for temporary service interruptions
