1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Moonlight Horoscope mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Moonlight Horoscope is a mobile application that provides:

• Personalized astrological readings and horoscopes
• Birth chart calculations and interpretations
• Compatibility analysis between users
• AI-powered astrological consultations
• Today and tomorrow horoscope content
• Astrological event notifications and insights

3. User Accounts and Registration

The App uses anonymous authentication based on your device's keychain and device ID. No personal account registration is required. To access certain features of the App, you may need to provide:

• Personal information (name, birth date, birth time, birth location, gender, relationship status)

Your astrological data and profile information are stored securely in our database to provide personalized astrological content across your devices.

4. Subscription Services

The App offers premium subscription services with enhanced features:

• Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewing monthly billing

Subscription features include 50 messages per day with premium AI astrologers, compatibility reports, extended horoscope forecasts, and additional astrological tools.

5. Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Refund requests must be submitted through Apple App Store
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period

7. User Content and Conduct

When using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: Moonlight Horoscope provides astrological content for entertainment purposes only. The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of astrological predictions or readings
• That the App will meet your specific requirements
• That the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That any defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

13. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services including:

• Apple App Store for payments
• Analytics and performance monitoring tools
• Location services for birth chart calculations

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

14. Geographic Restrictions

The App is intended for users worldwide, but availability may be restricted in certain countries due to local laws or technical limitations.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately
• Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period
• You must delete the App from your devices

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an in-app notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Subscription Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
